The jury adds: “There was no doubt among the judges that Ngoni is a superb sailing yacht, having been designed and built to the very highest standards seen today. To recognise such perfection, they had no hesitation in awarding her a Judges’ Commendation” in the Sailing Yacht over 50 meter category.

Congratulations to her owner and of course an honor for her design and build team. Ngoni is luxurious as well as “fast and furious”. She was designed by Ed Dubois (1952-2016) and his team. The innovative interior is designed by Rick Baker Ltd. Royal Huisman built Ngoni and delivered her in 2017.

Earlier this year she was rewarded with two major awards at Boat International’s Design & Innovation Awards: Best Naval Architecture & Best Exterior Styling Sailing Yachts.
